- Goal: This Committee is formed to give Southall Homeowner’s a public and transparent forum to easily share ideas with each other to develop community wide consensus on improvements to how our subdivision is managed and then forward those consensus recommendations in an advisory capacity to the Southall Board of Directors. The homeowners can give their input at meetings (in person and/or virtual) and via the website (www.southallneighbors.com).The Committee’s role is NOT to address/solve individual homeowner’s cases, nor is it to take any official formal actions on behalf of the Southall Homeowner’s Association; the authority for such official actions is reserved for the Board of Directors.
- Participants: Only individuals that live in the Southall Subdivision, or own property in this subdivision, can become members of the Committee and participate in the discussions. Homeowners that sit on the Board of Directors are welcome to attend and participate in their capacity as homeowners who are voicing their PERSONAL opinions.
