Southall Board of Directors REFUSES to answer questions  (click for details)

Per the HOA website as of July 16, 2026, the current members of the Southall Board of Directors are: William Cobb, Amanda Fedorowicz, Melissa Hagwood, Elliott Wernlund, Schatzi McCarthy, Lonnie Ervin, Fred Ames, Keith Randleman, Sherri Felton.

Very Important:  Please read this Letter from Atul Goel to Southall Board of Directors dated July 6, 2026.

The Southall Board of Directors chose NOT to give any response or corrections to the letter or answer any of the questions!!

How?

1. Come to the meeting that has been scheduled on July 30, 2026, of the INDEPENDENT Homeowners Committee for Improvement (details below). The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.

   Our meeting will be different!

   1. Everyone will have a chance to speak.
   2. No one will be cut off mid-sentence!
   3. No one will be treated with disrespect or rudeness. There will be NO “name-calling” against any person.

NOTE:  At the July 9, 2026, Board of Directors meeting, I personally invited EVERY Board member to attend!

2. Sign up for our electronic Newsletter and then share your input about our Board of Directors and Property Manager in the open forum (see Registration Form below).

Please save the date and join us!  This is your chance to give meaningful input in how our community is managed!
